We will be meeting at 5:30 PM in the VFW parking lot, located on Spruce Ave, EHT. We will pack up the trailer, assign scouts to vehicles for transport and depart at 6 PM.
Please eat dinner before departure and have a day pack with water bottle, rain gear and flashlight separate from your main bag for use when we arrive at camp.
Arrival:
Parents should expect us to arrive back at the VFW between 12 PM and 2 PM on Sunday. Please make the necessary arrangements to have your Scout picked up.
We will be using the Remind Messaging system for Troop 94 to let you know approximately 1 hour before arrival time.
Please join our Remind Messaging Group by Texting @troop94eht to 81010 on your phone.
Buddy System:
As with all Scout events, the buddy system must be followed to ensure that we are staying safe throughout the entirety of our events. No scout is to be be by themselves. They must always stay with another member of the troop at all times. It is the responsibility of both scout participants to stay together and be responsible for one another.
Code of Conduct:
All scouts will be expected to commit to following the Troop 94 code of conduct while at camp. A copy of this document signed by the Scout and their parent/guardian must be on file with the unit in order to participate in any Troop event. Please review carefully here >>> https://www.ehttroop94.org/_files/ugd/04470d_16516484d8844a549563d7f4a2bb26a8.pdf
Cell Phones & Mobile Devices:
Scouts are permitted to have a cell phone in their possession, but they may not use it unless they have permission from a Troop 94 Adult Leader. Any inappropriate or unauthorized use of a device will require it to be surrendered to a Troop 94 Adult Leader which will later be returned directly to their parent. It is strongly suggested that scouts who bring their cell phones, turn them off when we arrive at camp and do not turn them back on until we depart.
